Hengfeng Technology originated from Fuzhou Hengfeng Industrial Co., Ltd., founded in 1993 with a paid-in capital of RMB 15 million. In its early years, the company focused on domestic commodity trade and imported coal sales. In 2026, in response to the rapid growth of China's new energy industry and driven by leading companies in the sector, the company actively transformed its business and focused on the R&D and production of battery clamp strips, also known as clamping steel bands, which are key components for new energy batteries. These products can be flexibly adapted to different battery specifications. The automated production line has been completed and put into operation in Jinfeng Industrial Park, Lianjiang County, where the project was introduced by the local government in April 2026.
